Cannot resubscribe to Audi connect plus

Ya you can make fun of me for spending $500 on that. However my credit card expired and I forgot to update it now I can’t renew it because if I go to the Audi marketplace under Audi connect it says “active Audi connect subscription if you would like to change your Audi connect subscription you will need to cancel your current subscription and select another plan” but there is no place to cancel my current plan… also if I go to subscriptions on the app it gives no option to subscribe

? They don't have a customer service contact phone/email? "If you need help with your Audi connect services, please contact our customer support team at +1-800-822-2834 or reach out to your preferred dealer for support." I'd probably start there.

I called them they couldn’t subscribe me over the phone 🤷 also went to the dealer and they were jsut confused.
