Sorry if this has been posted but I can't seem to find an answer.

Just picked up my b9 s4 and have been messing with the mmi settings. I was able to preset 8 stations, but when I drag across 1-8 it will display the station that I have preset to that number, but it won't actually change to that station. Any idea why this may be? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Are you pressing the number? Hovering on top will display what it is, but you have to click down to actually change to that preset.

Aaaand now I feel really stupid. I thought it was only touch sensitive. Thanks for the quick response!

Hey, but at least you discovered that they were thoughtful enough to add that hover functionality so you dont have to mash each one when you eventually forget what you programmed

Adding onto this since it has a title that will attract attention. Has anyone had issues where the preset buttons dont respond? I've had multiple situations where i press a preset and it will display the station but wont change to it. It freezes and doesn't allow me to press or change to any others

Mine just went to the dealer for this issue, they have indicated that this is fixed, but I haven’t picked up the car yet. I’ll let you know if whatever they did resolved the issue.

Please do! I had a feeling I wasn't the only one. If you can get some sort of summary receipt to see if my dealer can apply the same fix that would be greatly appreciated

Got the car back, haven’t driven it enough to determine if it is fully fixed, but here is what they did perform:
