I think it was meant for bags that are large enough to not dangle - and the hooks supposedly keep them upright so they dont fall over and spill things around. How's everything with the car so far? Anything in particular you really enjoy? More pics would be appreciated. I think mine's coming in this week
As for photos, I'm a bad photographer but I found someone else on the forum with the exact same color as my car, albeit he got premium plus instead of prestige but outside it looks the same. And did I mention he is a much better photographer than me? If you are looking at a Navarra Blue, trust me, the following photos are what you will see in real life.

The Navarro blue looks amazing. I am glad to hear you considered the Mercedes and BMW interiors infotainment system. What swayed us as well.

Another positive experience with the grocery bag hooks. The thing is the lit says you get TWO hooks -- if you ask nicely, they do make good on them, even though they apparently have to cough up the cost of them (the dealer that is.)
I hang the Kroger bags on them -- up to 6 of them (three per side of one hook) and even though they swing, they don't spill, and nothing -- so far -- has ever fallen out. Ingenious!
These are the kind of "inexpensive" things that really impress the poop out of people -- and then AoA decides to cut it from two to one?
I know someone's gotta pay for diesel-gate, but grocery hooks? Really?

Curious: where exactly does it say that you get two of them? The order confirmation for my S4 doesn't even mention that I'm getting a shift lever or shades for the rear seats, and unsurprisingly it doesn't mention the number of trunk hooks.
