Default Possible Rack Seal Leak?

My 2018 B9 S4 just sprung some sort of leak from the front passenger side. There's oil dripping from the tie rod boot and sway bar onto the bottom panel and eventually dripping onto the ground when parked on an incline. Quick googling says possible rack seal leak. If this is the case, what's the typical cost to repair this? Should I just replace the whole rack and pinion or get the leak fixed? I'm going to call the shop tomorrow to see what they have to say.

Since it is an electric rack, there isn't any fluid in it. Something above the rack is leaking down on it.

A rack will always have lubricating grease in it. There's just no hydraulic fluid for implementing the power boost, since it's an electric power boost rack.

But that looks more like you have some major engine oil leak. Looks like the top side of that noise shield is covered. You need to lift the car, remove the coverings, see what's actually what up in there.

The leak stopped after the day I took this picture. It also hasn't been driven much since because now I am dealing with a parasitic draw issue but oil levels have stayed the same. Based on other research and input, looks to be my OEM engine mount is failing. I already have the 034 engine mounts and will be getting those swapped out.
