Default Recommended Maintenance at 45K?

i bought a 2018 S4 Prestige with about 38K miles on it last january so coming up on one year ownership. I took the car in for an oil change since the indicator went off that I was overdue. Given this I suspected the dealer i bought it from did not perform the 40K mile recommended service package as they said they had. I took it to a local dealer (not where i bought it) and they confirmed the service was completed and no oil change was necessary they just didnt reset the indicator. So, I didnt have any work done and have been driving the car with no issues since then. I am now just over 45K miles and since it has been a year i may have mistakenly missed the opportunity to get my car into the shop to find any lurking issues that might have been repaired under certiified pre owned waranty.

The 40K recommended package was priced at just under 700 USD in march when i took the car in and the recommended (think it is the same one) package is now almost 1300 USD. Not sure if prices just go up or if that was a special that timed out but irritating nonetheless as i was going to have them to the entire service over again. I realize that is a waste of money to some degree but I wanted to get. thorough inspection done in case i could take advantage of the CPO time frame.

So on to my question - knowing the 40K recommended service was done about a year ago and i have 45K on it what services would you all recommend? I was going to an oil change at minimum but considering tire rotation/balance, 4 wheel alignment and maybe fuel service cleaning or whatever it was called. I would prefer to air on the side of being cautious and dont mind spending a little extra for services that may not be 1000% necessary at this time but may help me lengthen the life of the car or hedge future repair costs.

Here's the mx schedule: https://www.audiusa.com/content/dam/...ges_022317.pdf

Just make sure the plugs were done at 40k and you should be golden.

If your 2018 S4 was sold as a CPO, your warranty coverage is 5 yr from initial in service date & unlimited mileage.

That link points to an older maintenance schedule from early 2017. It doesnt specify 508/509 spec oil for the S4/S5 and doesnt even have the S4 in the oil chart, though it does come up when you do a search on the maintenance schedule for 2018, weird.
Here is the 2018 maintenance schedule from 9/17:
