i purchased a 2019 s4 new about 7 months ago. i have about 7k miles on the car and the tires are essentially worn out.
i contacted audi of america for some help and guidance and there answer is to buy new tires from them and then file for a warranty claim with the tire manufacturer which there is a high possibility they will not honor.

What tire pressures do you run?
Have you checked your alignment?
Have you ever tracked or auto-crossed the car?
Are all 4 tires worn evenly?
There are a lot of variables that can affect tire wear.

i do not know the exact tread depth but i can tell you the following things:
1. the car has never been tracked
2. the car has never been launched
3. all 4 tires are worn equally
4. the pressure was low due to the tpms never going off (apparently if 1 tire is low it goes off, if all 4 are low, nothing goes off)
5. alignment was said to be fine

OK, well -- where is the tread in relation to the wear bars? Is it down to them?
How about an upside-down penny -- what part of Abe's head does the tread come to?
Which tires came on on your car?

So it sounds like you’ve been been driving around on underinflated tires...
1. how long has it been since you were for sure without a shadow of a doubt running the correct pressures as described in your manual?
2. why do you believe this is Audi’s problem if you’re running the wrong pressures?
Just saying but I check my pressures every 2nd fill up at most. 500+ miles on a tire that is 25% low on pressure is of course going to affect useful life.

My factory tires were gone by the 10,000 mile service too. Also the factory alignment was crap. The dealer didn't seem the slightest bit surprised that they only lasted 10K miles
