Default "CLUNK" sound coming from the rear when I turn.

Only happens when I make turns and accelerate, like when turning on to a sidestreet. Sounds like something sliding and then hitting a stop, like something in the trunk, but that's not the case. Lugs and main wheel bolt are tight so that's not it either. No noise at all over bumps. Sway bar bushings?? but I would think they would make noise over bumps?

Rear sway bar mounts? Happened on my friend's A4, replacing them resolved the issue.

Default I'll bet you a beer you'll see the problem as soon as you take the wheels

off, and crawl under there!

I'll bet you two beers Jonathon can fix it!

Default Two beers? Ok, I'll take that bet.

I figure it's gonna be something visible, just haven't had a chance to "crawl under" yet. Have to drive to Clark NJ tomorrow and just checking that it's nothing critical but then maybe I won't have to worry about fixing it :-/

Default Rear subframe? I don't know what bolts are back there, but..

my friend just solved an elusive clunk (when turning, accelerating, or stoping) from the front by tightening the bolts to the front subframe.
