"dazzling headlights" ticket Dis-MISSED!
if you guys forget, AW member 4th_Dimension got a ticket in early december for "dazzling headlights", essentially because his headlights were on with fogs on a clear night.
case was on in court this afternoon. officer charged the wrong section, but once the Judge heard it was all OEM stuff he tossed it on that basis alone.
most bonus. So, if you get one, lemme know, and I can tell you what you do. If you're in the NY/Tri-State area, maybe I can lend a personal hand.

yeah, maybe so, but 4th Dimension is a good dude and (m)
it could have been any of us to have gotten the ticket, myself included, so, it was time to act.
It was funny, as soon as the Judge heard it was an Audi, he said " those thinga *are* blinding". but he still dismissed cause it was OEM stuff.
