What?: Mod day/Chip day, and hangout. Thanks to Peter Brennen, and his gracious family, we will have use of the Bronxville Girl Scouts Cabin within the next month. The exact day is to be determined.
Here's the deal... it's a mod day... if you got a mod you wanna do, and don't know how or don't have the tools -- come down and get some help from people who have been there + broke that.
This is a Bring Your Own Beer/Bring Your Own Tools event.
Even if you're not modding anything, come down, hangout, down a few brews, and give others a hand.
This location is perfect because of its ample parking area, and it also has a cabin which we can utilize so we won't be freezing outside the whole time. Plus...weather looks kinds nice this weekend...51* and partly sunny =)
Chipping: PES-Tuning, a long time NYCMAAG sponsor has agreed to come to the event to chip cars onsite if there is enough interest. With enough interest, PES will offer a 10% discount on all GIAC programs, as well as a FREE stock socket (normally $50) If you are interested in chipping your car with GIAC, this is a great deal, as well as NO DOWNTIME...
