with "piggies" can I just use my stock O2 sensors?
I am trying to avoid having to get a new set of longer rear O2 sensors. Also, what is the consenus on the anti-foulers, should I just order them and install them so I don't have to mess with the CEL?

maybe
if these are "piggies" as in from VAST, you should be fine without new O2. There is enough slack to reach. If someone else made them, it all depends on where they welded in the new O2 bung, or if they put a new one in at all.

it all depends man, you need to tell us if these are from VAST, and if not, if they have a relocated
O2 bung. The reason for the anti-foulers is if you don't relocate the O2 sensor right before the second CAT to right behind the second CAT. If you move that sensor, then no, you don't need anti-foulers. If you don't have that bung relocated, then yes, you will get a CEL.

OK, so if they are from Mike then you have relocated O2 bungs...
the front most O2s don't move, the 1st CAT is gutted, then the second O2 moves from its original spot, right in front of the main CAT, to its new spot, right behind the main CAT. Mike usually has the new bungs welded in close enough that you can make the original O2 wires reach the new bungs (Behind the main CAT) You should not get a CEL but you will need something to plug the old O2 bung.

good question.
I made my own "piggies" and while doing the install I also needed new front O2 sensors, so I just used the old O2's as plugs. Not the best method, but it works.
You may be able to find something like these (see link) at your local auto parts store. Or just google them up and see how cheap you can find them.
I can't remember if our O2's are 18mm (like these) or 14mm. I think they are 18mm.<ul><li><a href="http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=sum-g2990ss-1">O2 plugs</a></li></ul>
