Well if u know me,i dont really care about getting beat.I love ALL cars,and getting ur GT3 out with
the M5 is just an excuse to see that GT3,because im a porsche man myself.
Last time i checked,
M5: 4000ibds 400hp........GT3 :3200ibds 360hp.
Still up for it? I just wanna see urs, dont worry about racing.

Carry a digital camera or tape recorder, or something in your car to document these kind of things for evidence. Sounds like it might be your word against theirs.
I don't know what else you can do if you contacted the watch commander and they are unwilling you can go to higher sources, make sure to send letters as well, maybe even certified so you have your own logged evidence of the complaint so you can start building the case against them.
Next, if this doesn't work and you've built a little bit of evidence up use the media, LAPD isn't really looked at in good light with them, so you can probably email a description of what happened and pictures of the damage to any local news agency, newspaper or what ever. It might get mentioned on a slow news day. Either way the most important thing is to build up the physical evidence on them. Take pictures of the scene and recreate it if you can, try and write down what they said to you verbatim while it's still in your mind...
