Depends on where the hole is...

You should only repair holes that are on the flat (tread) area of the tire. If it is within an inch of the sidewall, you may have problems finding a shop that will fix it.

i think i have patched 3 or is it 4 times on different cars, and it never caused any problems, then

again i never go 150+ like u on those tires so i guess their fine.

Depends on the manufacturer. A properly patched tire shouldn't hurt performance in the least.
