but this is why I was so happy to have my car out of warranty. We have some great local independent shops around here. Not only are they great at what they do but they are great, credible people. I had nothing but headaches with AoA and local dealerships during normal service while my car was in warranty. I would almost go as far to say I'm not planning to buy an Audi again because of the dealer experiences.
