Default why? don't you like high resale value? if he can get it great!

if not, he'll find out for himself. It's getting really old seeing S4 owners telling other S4 owners that their price is too high... let 'em test the market themselves and if they get a lot - good for them AND for us!

Default Agreed. I had a heavily modified Talon (95), the best offer I could get from a dealer...

was $15k CDN. They all told me I was out to lunch if I thought I'd get more.

End result, I sold the car for $22k CDN to a fellow enthusiast who could appreciate all the work & $ that went into the car & while I couldn't recoup all of my money, he was most definately willing to pay a premium for a car that was setup to his liking without having to pay for all of the mods himself.

Funniest part about this site is that none of these wizards recommending to drop the price are interested in purchasing...they just want to point out their opinions. Bottom line, if you're selling you're car & want to give it away, go ahead, but STFU when somebody else thinks they can fetch a premium.

Let the market determine the value of a modified car, not people here.

Just my 2¢.

Default Regardless, it's too high. Just trying to save him some time. A few meant 2 - 3k off the price

which would still be around 38-39k. I'm sure there are many here that would say that is too high ...

I appreciate your opinion ..

Default I already have an S4, 99% of everyone on this site don't come here

to buy S4's ..

I thought message forums were for opinions. If we had no opinions this site wouldn't exist for the most part.

Default in YOUR opinion.. if you care so much about his time, send him an email

otherwise you are telling the market of potential buyers that see this AD the price is too high (in your opinion), possibly costing this seller money out of his pocket and helping to reduce the resale value of ALL of our S4's.

Default Realistically the purchaser of his car MOST likely will not come from this forum.

2-3k isn't that much to me, maybe it is to you. I'm not even wealthy. I always feel that if you WANT to sell something, price it to move quick and move on. That way your not stuck having to show the car over and over, not too mention your time, which we all know is limited and valuable 2-3k is only about 5%. Damn, you guys are bored. It's Friday, go home and have some fun.

Damn.
