*Help* Shimmy at 70 mph, then goes away.

Feels like something is not balanced out back.
I've heard of wheel bearings going on these cars.. could it be that?
There is an egg developing in my rear driver side tire, which probably isn't helping.
This isn't my tire, but it looks just like this.

The rim is straight...
In fact, it's actually my spare rim.
My regular rim got scratched up, so I had my tire (from the first rim) put onto my spare.
I'm thinking that the bubble stretches at 70mph and creates that vibration.
