I know it sucks for you guys, but I am in the market for one in the next 5 months. Seeing them for 32k CDN (AoA) makes me happy :-)

The average price for 2000s are more like 38K+ and I would be looking for an Audi Assured Warranty on these cars, especially a 2000. The ones from the wholesalers or private don't have the warranty. 2001s and newer are still over 40K for low mileage vehicles.
If you do check it out and it's nice, get it (I think the one you are talking about is Tiptronic though, if you are refering to the one at Pfaff). I hope you can get a good deal on them. Prices are always decreasing on any car. But the B5 S4s are going to depreciate relatively slowly compared to most cars.
