Default [norcal] any experiences w/Rector in Burlingame's body shop?

got hit n' run by some bastard guy this morning (my car was parked). looks like damage is isolated to the wheelwell area behind the driver-side wheel. anyways looks like either the fender can be bent back out or a new one put in. rector is the closest dealership to my work (brisbane) so i was thinking of taking it there. anyone have good/bad experiences with their body shop?

thanks in advance.

Default they won't do any NON-OEM repair add on. other then that i have heard it is good

i end up took it to diablo auto body shop (diablo audi) in concord..

rector is good, as IT always replace it with brand new part.. if it is slightly scretch? they will replace with new bumper!

so that much is good as long as you 100% oem. i can't take it there because i need to put in carbon fiber hood.

Default don't work out in the east bay anymore so it's no longer on the commute..rector is closest now..

barsotti's repainted my damaged bumper from another (almost) hit and run earlier in the year (i caught the guy as he was leaving). they did a pretty decent job...the color match was perfect on the bumper but whoever they sublet it to do the wheel refinishing on my left-rear wheel didn't do the greatest job color matching (the wheel looks brand new but the wheel cap and the wheel don't quite match).
