Is -0.7 (idle) to 0.93 (peak) khpa normal for a chipped car (I'm not sure what chip is in my car)

Opening up the ECU might tell you - some chips look different than others...
also, if you take VAG-COM/ECUx logs of your car in 3rd gear from 3000 RPMs to redline at full throttle, that will help eliminate some chips. ie, some run more boost/timing than others, etc.

90%+ here use the FPR line. The 1.8T guys go elsewhere, as they can with a single turbo setup

-0.72 to 1.24 max
I have the same turbo timer too. Mine is chipped with stock turbo and the range is from -0.65 normal (sometimes -0.72) up to 1.24.
I don't think it is your BPV problem...maybe you just got a weak chip. Mine is an old GIAC chip (not the X chip)
