Default I'll give you some change for it, how about a dime, nickel and penny for each quart?

I have no idea what you're asking either. I can only guess you are either asking if it's what people are currently using, or you are asking if it's what you should put in during the winter (guessing you're in a winter climate). Either way, I'm stretching to create detail that is surely not there.
