01314- Engine Control Module- No communications Int...

Note: Cant synch baud rate
I just switched from A box to M box for stage 3 and have not recoded the cluster yet. Could this cause me to not be able to communicate with engine.
I checked the connection on the back of the OBD II port and it is tight and snug.
I can access other parts of VAG just not 01-Engine.
Anyone have any ideas, this is the only code and car runs fine.
