034 Motorsport Spherical Control Arms, anyone?
just wondering how many people are running their arms with the bearings pressed into the arms, impressions? Also, what adjustable upper arms besides the new Stern are people running?

I would be more interested in somebody producing an arm with a more reliable ball joint
I have about 80k (mostly street miles) on full sphericals. My uppers and TRE's are CPP with bearings I sourced myself since Aurora has some serious quality problems. The lowers I machined myself.
I can tell you right now you'll be increasing your NVH substantially, to the point where you will hear rattles and noise going over uneven surfaces. Be prepared to deal with it.
In addition, if you are running low profile tires and 19 inch wheels on the street, you're increasing loads on all of these joints.
Translation: witout moonbuggy tires you're going to pound out the spherical bearings on the street and they are going to rattle. The end.
The biggest problem for me has been the ball joints failing. And without the compliance of the rubber bushings and tall factory sidewalls, I can only surmise this makes the ball joint failures even more likely.
With that said... It improves the steering feel drastically and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Just be forewarned that you're going to experience undesireable noise and vibration, and should consider the bearings and arms a consumable item like tires and brakes.
