Chipped cars in "stock mode" still have a top speed limiter...
because "stock" means "stock".
So when my IBE Is in stock mode, 142 is all I get. I tried it out the other night.

147 mph on my GSXR 600, Now have GSXR 1000. 150 mph. ....
no more road could have gone faster. socal has a lot of traffic, even at 3 am.
haven't tried it on my S4, its stock but it came free with problems from the STEELership.

...have yet to peg it but i got up to 165 with plenty of room left!!
