17693 p1555 35-10 means overboost from what I can tell. Why is that a problem?

I pressure tested last week. All appeared to be fine. It sounded like my car
was gargling from under the engine, but someone told me that was normal.

If your actual boost is controlled by an MBC that is not set too high, should be fine. The code
would then just be an annoyance, but have no real meaning. A check of your actual boost levels using your VAG is still a worthy thing to look at IMO.

I actually got this code when you and I did some logging a while back.
I've turned my boost down a few notches and plan to retune once I get an exhaust.
