The tires should clear just fine, for the wheels you'll need at least 8mm spacers in the front to clear the brakes. I would recommend just running 10mm spacers all the way around to just keep it all even. As far as fake wheels Vs the real deal. Most audi factory wheels say made in germany on the inside of the spoke and also have the rings stamped in somewhere, the B6 S4 wheels I have, have ronal stamped in which is the company that made the wheels for audi. you might not see any of this until you get them really clean.
