But 380-400HP is attainable for about $3K from the 227 HP not bad ;-) And can near 500HP for another 3-5K..that last 100 HP is $$$

Of course doesn't include all the other mods you need to do to make it Safer (Brakes, Suspension, Clutch, Tires/Wheels, Full Exhaust, Radar Detector) ;-)

I have heard some pretty insane stories about the UrS4 and would like an affordable drag car. I've been thinking about the UrS4, a Talon, an Eclipse or a used WRX (with the WRX at the bottom of the list). I would like AWD, an inexpensive car to start with and cheap mods with a somewhat reliable car.

To tell you the truth if you are looking for a Drag Car of the list I would go w/ the Talon as the UrS4 is a BIG car and not huge 0-60. It shines at 60 and Above (Autobahn). As for mods ya they are cheaper then the current S4 but still not cheap. I have already about 7K in the car and havent even "started" w/ the engine. One nice thing about the UrS is how easy it is to work on...there is alot of room for your fingers.
