It looks like he put a lot of time into that sig I am not going to ask him to make me another. I know its not my car but since it looks like my s4 even down to the tint what's the harm in using it?

I'm sure he did put a lot of time into it. But what does that have to do with it? That's between you and the Bollocks. If you don't want to have him do another signature for you, use a different one. I can assure you there was more time and money spent to acquire my photo than to produce your signature using my photo. Is that fair?
Maybe if you request a signature to be made you can submit a photo to be used. I don't know who's decision it was to use my photo, but that should have been thought about before it was used. No offense, but it's not really creative (let alone good taste) to use someone else's signature and photos.
Beyond that, you are violating a copyright. If you want to pay the professional photographer to use the image of my car send me an email and I can give you his contact information and we can negotiate.

do the right thing, once he realizes... especially since you wont.

your use of the photo without paying has denied the photographer the right to earn money for it and devalues it's worth. I'm sorry the photographer doesn't respond to calls at 2a.m. EST, that doesn't mean it's fair game for you to steal.
Your argument makes no sense. I paid for the photo, why shouldn't you? If you stole a tv from Best Buy and said "no monetary value was exchanged for it" would the police buy that?
