EPA / BOND release
if you imported, which you probably didnt, you would know that the bond release comes from the NHTSA, the EPA and DOT send the release to them, not the public. Then along with your 7501, you can tag and title. But I guess you have a few and do this every day?

might have worked for me in the past, named tony. I think he posted the pics when i had the car in montreal, but made him remove them. car was never sold, i have owned since 06. I imported the car from Swiss, I even have the original bill of sale, bill of lading and title from swiss
