Hey guys, there is a 2001 S4, blk/blk, 32K, all
options, 18"SSR'S, and custom exhaust 4 sale. He
is a friend of a friend. He's asking 33,900 Is that a decent price?

I'd say 30k stock maybe 31 with mods. Take a look in the audiworld classifieds
there are a ton of S4's for sale, so if he doesn't like the offer, he will take it in a month.
