Exterior modifications include RS4 gille, Audi "rings" decal, splash guards, rear Neuspeed sway bar, rear spoiler and external alarm siren.
Interior modifications include Momo gearshift and pedals, Tanoga short shifter, Kenwood Z919 modular stereo system, MB Quart speakers and Focal subwoofer. The spare tire has been replaced by an instant tire repair kit and pump. All speakers are driven from the 5-channel amplifier located in the tire bay. A total of 10 MB Quart drivers were used; all were installed in the stock speaker locations except for the rear tweeters. Additional sound dampening materials were added in a number of places.

I'll just stay out of the stereo debate.
I love the color though. Looks gorgeous.
