2Bennett GTR. Looks quick, sounds pretty good, but is it all bark w/ no bite?

The guys at 2Bennett built a very original, clean and compitent car in the GTR (DTM widebody S4 with big 'ole wheels). They're very nice guys and I enjoy seeing them at ACNA events and have lots of respect for their automotive abilities on and off the track. Not to mention their generosity towards the Audi Club of North America and their involvment in the events on the West Coast. One thing though: I've never seen or heard of the car being timed; I've seen the car in person and watched it run around the track, etc. and I think it's a very capable car with potential.
The reason I'm bringing this up is because quattro quarterly wrote an article on the car and made claim that it is "fast"... as in the fastest S4 ever to see the track, "fast". Misleading? Well it could be if we don't have any record to go off of. Now maybe I'm just a little skeptical because I know how fast Joe Blacker's old car and Istook's cars happen to be, but you don't ever hear anything about them at the club level. Seems to me that Quattro Quarterly should give a little love to the guys whooping up in SCCA Club racing and Grand Am.
Thanks to EF for the nicely scanned article:

Very nice looking 2Bennett S4GTR at Streets of Willow last weekend. Thanks again Ken for the soap bucket after I put my car in the dirt at the other track

...not sure how quick the driver is though. The setup is all paddles, so it may be difficult to drive.
But I'd say it's on par with any RS4 KO4 tuned car in terms of motor, but less weight and more tire.

The weight and inability to run wider tires easily are 2 major weak points of the B5; the 3rd major weak point is the noodly chassis. I certainly wish my Avant were stiffer.
