last night i went with a couple of friends out to martin us 131 motorsports park. it was my second time being to a drag strip and running the car. the first time was about a week after i got my stage 3 fueling installed by piggie, which was about a month ago. being my first time, i did not do so great.... 2.5s 60'ft my first time with a 13.9, and my second (last) run i got a 13.1 with a 2.0s 60'ft. also had some junk (sub, box and amps) in the back. pretty weak still i thought.
but, last night i was hoping to do a little better, and i did. on my third drag race ever, my first run of the night, i ran a 12.49 @ 110 with a 1.83s 60ft. i seemed to have launched a bit more aggressive... somewhere between 3500-4000rpms. i was pretty happy with that one, although it wouldn't be my best run of the night.
note: these were all on pump gas (93 octane)
i did 11 runs last night, winning all but one. i lost to a mustang drag dude by 2 car lengths on my last run, but it also turned out to be my best run of the night. the v-8 powa' must have brought out the best in the S, haha, errrr...
on that run i had a 1.77 60' and ran a 12.28 @ 111.92
luckily, despite all of the hard launching, the rs4 clutch still feels the same.
mods:
regular k04's w/ piggie fueling kit (giac)
apr stealth exhaust
awe downpipes
450 cc/min injectors
rs4 clutch
here's an excel of my 11 runs in order last night...

hoping to get upgraded intercoolers within the next few weeks.

when i rode with piggie while he was making sure my a/f ratio was on par, he tested my FATS and it was about 3.92...but with him in the car, and junk in the trunk (sub, box, 3 amps) which is about 150 lbs. maybe around 3.6 FATS?
if i had the same stuff that you have on your car, i would feel VERY confident that i'd be able to break into the 11's, along with racing fuel, cause i was only on pump gas 93 octane.
did you notice a lot of difference after you installed your rs4 intercoolers? could you give me a quick review of those please? haha. also, the hole on the bottom of the airbox, notice any difference?
