Replaced all 4 O2 sensors last week and went to test only station today..still no luck.


the problem is the HC(PPM) at idle which measured 146 (max 100 ) ...Others passed,no Chk engine light ,no faulty codes.I'll submit the chart soon.

Any opinion on this ?I wonder what might be the cause ?

I am at stage 2+ with following setup only
AMS Chip
Labree DP with 400 celll cats
APR catback.

get those cats really HOT before testing. No reason why you shouldn't pass with stock injectors

50 miles drive before went into test station,I don't know if that's enough &gt; &lt;

and then drive them hard enough to get the turbos glowing &amp; you'll be fine

You could try the additive called something like "guaranteed to pass" made by either Berryman or CRC (IIRC); my local AutoZone sells it and it eliminated a CEL on an old beater of mine before. But you really need to fix the root cause in the long run.

seems strange, I passed emissions with full stage 3 and 100 cell cats.

Any condition that can cause a misfire can result in high HC.
