2nd times a charm. 2 Re install of clutch and its still not disengaging

Your symptoms are the exact opposite of mine
I too would think that, since the SAC ring's purpose is to close the gap between the flywheel and PP as the clutch disk wears, a ring that's prematurely adjusted would cause the clutch to engage too soon or never fully disengage. This would lead to symptoms like yours, i.e. pedal to the floor not fully disengaging the clutch. In my case however, from the day I first used my new clutch, the pedal has not wanted to travel all the way to the floor, and the pickup point is roughly half way through the pedal's travel range. This left me with the condition in which my clutch was never fully engaged. I can also say that both times after adjusting the SAC ring back to it's new position, my pedal travel and pickup point were perfect. It just never stayed that way for long.
I'm hoping my new ClutchMasters setup will fix the problem, but part of me suspects it might not. I'll know next week I guess.

Im having the same problem but with Spec Stage 2 Non SAC. The clutch wont disengage all the way and engages far too early. Reverse is almost nonexistent, the other 6 are barely there??? Please any info
