4 wheel alignment - can anyone here honestly say that they have had an alignment done perfectly?

iirc the stock s4 suspension definitely has an eccentric toe bolt @ the rear control arms...
actually there are 2 toe adjustments for both rear sides... one is at the rear inner tie rod bolt and the other at the end control arm bolt... (both eccentric bolts).
in any case the toe can be too much for places to get right in the first place..
