400 hp s4 should run under 13 sec in the 1/4...RIGHT? Whats done to a s4 to get that kind of power..

You won't need 400HP to run lower than 13.......
PapaSmurf did it w/ the X-chip, Intake and DP's from EVO.
12.88 @108. Less than $5k and about 375 HP.

also done with ABT, APR Chips...
mike01s4 hit 12.8's with both Abt and GIAC chips I believe

weight is the obvious specially rotational unsprung. But suspension definately helps
power transfer to the ground. Energy is used when your car is bucking between gearshifts and launching.
