I know that the guys at asw feel that the drivetrain loss is more like 18% not 25% so if you recalculate with 18% you get 330 hp at the crank which is lower than the posted APR crank hp numbers of 340. I think that the loss of ten hp could easily be acounted for by the drastic loss of boost pressure experienced by my K03's at this altitude. So it seems like the numbers could be correct and a improper correction factor is not being applied to the wheel hp numbers?

it is not altitude it is tuning and claiming race gas #s for pump gas. The point is some tuners need to come clean. Take a lesson from Dodge, and start understating their number rather than overstating them BY 100HP.
