If anyone can direct me to any information regarding the flow characteristics of the 5-valve head design, or if you are personally knowledgeable about some of the more technical aspects of this design, please contact me.
Thanks!

.... there are a great deal of benifits and options multi-valve config gives you...
smaller, lighter valves are easier to control and at higher reves. multiple small inlet valves can offer greater swept area than 1 or 2 larger valves.
having more than 1 or even 2 inlet valves can give advantages in head design for:
inlet flow charecteristics,
port shaping,
valve timings,
inlet charge turbulence,
pressures and volumes (flow) at desired revs and loads,
smaller valves can be at smaller included angle...
i may not have all the answers you are looking for, i learned from an engine tuning/flow bench master who knows things i just begin to understand. but, what would you like to know?
