Default I don't know the full details about pricing nor the entire parts list, but here are some thoughts:

1) The biggest discrepancy is the streo. It cost MUCH more than that. I think close to $6k. Dual RF amps, with 4 subs, all speakers replaced, dynomat, RF head unit, Monster wire, etc. Custom flanges & mounts, custom sub mount, etc.

2) As far as the engine and other parts go, we can guess at the cost of parts & install (I honestly don't know the final cost), but it's quite substantial. It has a LOT of RS4 parts, plus custom made piping, programming, etc.

Anyway, only point I was trying to make is that $70k is not a rip off for 518 hp - there's currently no car with that amount of power, so even the uniquness itself is worth quite a bit.

Default I'm not doubting it. Just making a list to put it in perspective..

I know I was off on a lot of the parts. Like I said, very ruff.

Default Re: Has anyone installed the RS4 intercoolers inside/under the stock S4 front bumper?

Yes there's a company that has done it. Some cutting required on the bumper support. No cutting required on bumper.

I'm pretty sure they use RS4 fenders which are quite a bit wider for a larger track and bigger tires.

Default Its basically a T25 in a KKK03-sized housing.

Looks like a K03, blows like a T25. Sort of like a catholic school girl blowing like a $500 hooker.

Did I just say that?
