With 52 pounds of spare tire, has anyone found a workable run-flat solution so we can axe the spare?

I just keep a can of 'Fix a Flat' in my trunk. 50 lbs is 50 lbs.

Would weight reduction benefit be greater than negative impact on weight distribution f/r?

Default I tried running without it for a while until I blew a tire...

My can of 'fix a flat' didn't work there...
A friend of mine had to drive 200 miles to bring me my spare wheel. I was stuck on the side of the highway at night...
Never again,...
