ok guys
1.so i got my deka siemens 60# injectors installed with the spacers in. question is should i worry about putting the oem fuel clips on them? i pressed down hard as hell but can not get enough room to snap the "oem bosch" clip on,
2. running custom inlets, can i cap off the oem vac lines that run to each inlet? "code/worry free"
or should i tap the vacs or/one into the y pipe?
fankx

I did have the clips on at one point but it was retarded because they were bent for me to even get them on.
other more knowledged people told me you dont run the clips on 60 #'ers

what i did , i cut then ends off the inlets, "the bottle neck" ported them clean, bought some 2" silicon couplers, and a thin coupler to fit between the oem inlet and 2" coupler, wrapped em in exhaust header wrap to protect em from the manifold heat,
you need to trim the coupler so its just long enough to fit all the way down on the ko4 and the bolt will still line up on the inlet to cylinder head.
used a hd hose clamp on the inlet side, and safety wire on the turbo side to hold the header/heat wrap. the bolt on the inlet keeps the inlets from moving anywhere
anyways if anyone has any Qs feel free to email
the 2" couplers on the ko4 were harder to push on than the oem inlets, fit very snug,
the difference between the size is not all that much, most of the ko4 size is the outside diameter, the inlet is pretty thick,
anyways i couldn't afford expensive inlets right now, and i can always yank these off with the motor in anytime.
i will make a fresh post for the search engine.
