600hp Ferrari F40...holy crap.
I have seen heaven, wow. What an out of this world experience. 60-140 in 3-4 seconds, maybe. Hands down the fastest car I've ever ridden shotgun in. Jeez. 2nd gear redlined at 105mph, couldn't see the other gears. I got back into my S4 and pressed the throttle and was quite dissapointed, oh well 
This thing was doing 150mph and not even breaking a sweat...wow.

What was the hp on the F50 we saw at PIR last summer?

The shriek from it's exhausts as it went by are still etched in my brain.

520hp, it looks like.
That's no slouch...but I'm pretty sure this F40 would edge it out. It had basically modified turbos (wastegates) and a full turbo back exhaust. God it sounded great.

If I don't ride in one, I can't feel deprived of not having one.
I am afraid that if I did, I would feel deprivation forever because I can't possibly afford one :-)
I had to look down at my instrument cluster after the F50 passed me on the main straight at PIR to make sure that my car was still running. By the time I shifted to 4th he was braking for turn 1.

And WHERE I ask was the phone call??? DOH! I called both you and geoff around 9 tonight. I think I'm going over there after work tomorrow, thats it! I talked to geoff before I left work and said "if you break out the F40 CALL ME" oh well... It BETTER not rain tomorrow thats all I have to say. Maybe I can talk him into picking me up for lunch tomorrow. Hmmmmmm
