Want my timeslot for 9/14? I'm not going to use it.
I scheduled my 15k service and then went to a dealer in Santa Cruz but haven't cancelled on Andersen yet. It's for 8:15 on 9/14. Let me know and we can somehow swap.

I can see it now...auctioning dealer service spots on ebay...
I can't believe AoA would put up with that crap and let them keep their franchise. And I bitch if they tell me I should wait a few days for service here...sheeesh.

Audi knows about the issue...they are trying to formulate a plan
Does anyone know where the local Audi dealers can get trained mechanics for immediate hire? I am not kidding. I just wish they would install a service center in Fremont (where I live). My closest dealer is Carlsen Porsche Audi in Palo Alto...about 15 miles away...but they won't service my car so I go to Anderson Behel in San Jose...about 26 miles away...and THEN wait 7 weeks to get service. Convenient? Nope.
