I was tired of the AoA and S4 bashing going on among those of us who love these cars most. And I'm happy to see a case where the dealer is not the enemy. As for the slanderers, good luck Ed.

I agree with you that a little honesty goes a long way and I'm glad your dealer stood up for you and got it resolved.
I would still deal with AoA with regards to the OTS, because you shouldn't have gone through this in the first place. The important thing is to get the car fixed and then deal with the problems that caused you trauma so it never happens again.
And whoever sent that email to your dealer is...well...sick! That's just wrong.
