Take your time tapping the holes and also make sure that you are coming from the same angle when drilling.
The aluminum covers will flex to fit properly once screwed in. It's a pretty easy install...again, take your time.

VERY easy to install IF you remove the underside (4-8 mm bolts if I remember correctly). Also, when you attach the pedals with the masking tape as the instructions state, make sure you sit in the seat for a visual to see if the pedals are straight. As yes, spend a couple of bucks and get the 10-32 tap. Luckily I borrowed one from work....

rubber caps on the dash panel (use flathead screw driver)..I believe you can get at these bolts with a 8mm socket wrench. There are four of these bolts that you will need to unscrew (1 on the fuse panel, 2 on the dash panel behind the covers, and one located at the lower right side). Once they've been unscrewed, pull out and unplug the light and ODBII plugs from the housing on the dash panel.
Reverse the above steps to install once you've completed the mod.
Hope this helps.
