that's a low price from a dealer for an '01 w/ 26K miles. Any body damage? Modified? Have pics available? I'd wonder about the car since dealers are asking upwards of $30K for really good 2001's w/ low miles.

I bought a 2000 Imola S4, with tip, last April with 29K miles on it. Thank goodness for the Audi Assured warranty! When I bouthe it, there was a slight whistle from the left turbo. I had them check it out and they decided to replace the turbos. The beginning of this month, only 4K miles later, they replaced the turbos again. The turbos were again noisy, but not just a whistle this time, but almost a dentist drill sound at 3-4K RPM. This time, they said that the turbo had a misadjusted waste gate, an adjustment that is fixed at the factory. They replaced them, without even charging me the deductable, since the turbos were still almost new. Oh yeah, I have not chipped the car, although the previous owner may have (it wasn't chipped when I got it).

So be SURE to get the Audi Assured Warranty and then sell it when the warranty runs out!

in CA do we have 7 years because turbos are part of emissions?
