abs light+blinking brake light=dead battery or vice versa?

Thats a definite for a bad ABS module then, you'll need to get yours rebuilt or find a used one with
the same partnumber as yours (for ease of replacing) MOST people have had decent luck replacing the electronic module only, including myself.
