Default ABS MODULE
Would I be correct in assuming I can pass inspection in PA with a bad ABS module. I searched the forums, there is alot about bad abs modules but nothing really related to passing inspection. My guess would be that since all cars do not have abs, that It shouldnt be a concern. Your thoughts?

I had the exact same problem in CA and i got away with it but, i dont know if they noticed.

Default I'm an inspector in NY
ABS and airbag lights are not a problem. However, can't sa the same for all states. I'm sure each state has a site showing requirements
