No, but it's nothing urgent and I highly doubt they want a bunch of picky questions on the phone.
I'm not bashing them, not at all. I've ordered from them before and been pleased. Although I will say they were not very helpful when my gf called them to try to order something for my bday.
In any case, like I said, I wasn't trying to give them a hard time, just answering AudiFreak's question.
