Default And no one noticed and effect on engine coolant temps due to radiator blockage?

perhaps because since the oil is cooler the engine coolant doesnt have to work as hard?

can you explain the 190F thermostat thing - does that mean the unit does not turn on until the oil reaches 190F?

what about oil that remains in it when the car is turned off?

My car has a tendency to really overheat in the summer when im driving in traffic, if this would help ill consider adding it to my more immediate mod list. :-)

Default There are no noticable increases in coolant temps. The drop in oil temps

more than makes up for any increase in coolant temp. Plus air still can travel through the oil cooler core. Yes this will make a big diff. for you. The oil doesn't start flowing fully until it gets up to a decent temp. This is to allow the car to warm up just as fast. If we had it flow all the time it would take longer to warm up the car and that's not a good thing
