Both seem to hold up well, but I've heard people say that Blues didn't work so well for them on the S4.
On a similar note, the Blues squeal quite a bit when cold. For most of the last 10 days, it's been in the 40s and raining here so I've been driving the 996TT. I had forgotten just how much these damn pads squeal when not up to temp. Are you experiencing the same thing? FWIW, the Blues squeal just as loud or louder on the 996TT as my Oranges did on the S4. I thought Blues were designed to be used as daily street pads with a little light tracking thrown in there?

after the harder track sessions. They also make a great metal and metal noise once they cool down after a hard session on light braking. The blues are good for hard street with the ability to deal with track driving, won't last like the oranges. The oranges don't have the same cold bite the blue's do, but I don't mind having a pad that needs to be warm. My 90 has Hawk blacks in and those have no cold bite at all, one stop is all it takes to get them biting and then they are tenaciously destroying my rotors

at least the Pagid Orange (RS 4-4). Blacks for the heavy brakers with heavy cars.
